Automotive 8-bit MCU with AEC-Q100 grade
It runs at up to 16 MHz on the STM8A core, with 8 KB of Flash program memory, 1 KB of SRAM, and 640 bytes of EEPROM—enough for small-footprint body-control, LIN-node, or sensor-interface firmware. The 32-LQFP package brings out 28 I/O lines, plus I²C, LINbus, SPI, and UART/USART connectivity for mixed-protocol bus designs.
Memory and peripheral budget for control loops
With 8 KB Flash and 1 KB RAM, firmware must be lean—typical for LIN slave nodes, window-lift controllers, or seat-position sensors. The 640-byte EEPROM supports parameter storage (calibration, trim, VIN lookup) without external memory.
Supply range and temperature coverage
Brown-out detect, POR, and watchdog peripherals are integrated for robust reset handling in noisy automotive environments.
