Reset supervisor parametrics — threshold, timeout, output
Reset output is Active High with a Push-Pull, Totem Pole stage, so it drives the reset pin directly without an external pull-up resistor; the 140 ms minimum reset timeout gives the supply and oscillator time to stabilise before the processor starts executing code. Operating temperature range -40°C to 85°C (TA) covers industrial and commercial environments — the supervisor's own drift across this band determines whether the threshold stays within the processor's reset window at the cold end.
SOT-143-4 package — footprint and board integration
Housed in a SOT-143-4 (TO-253-4) surface-mount package, the four-pin footprint matches the standard supervisor layout used across the STM812/STM810 family — the same PCB land pattern accepts the pin-compatible STM813LM6F without a board spin.
