Supervisor IC for 3.3V rails
The STM706TAM6F: The push-pull, totem-pole output drives the reset line directly without an external pull-up resistor, simplifying the board layout for a microcontroller or DSP reset input.
Threshold and timeout in context
The 3.08V threshold is set for monitoring a nominal 3.3V supply rail — when the rail drops below 3.08V, the supervisor holds the reset line low for at least 160ms, long enough for the downstream processor to complete its reset sequence before the supervisor releases the output.
Available in tape-and-reel or cut-tape quantities, the packaging suits both prototype builds and production reels for automated pick-and-place.
Lifecycle and compliance
Fully ROHS3 compliant, with no exemptions for lead or other restricted substances under the current directive.
