The STM704SM6F: The 2.925V threshold targets 3.0V or 3.3V rails where the supervisor must trip before the core voltage falls below the processor's minimum operating level. A 140ms minimum reset timeout gives the system power supply time to stabilise and the oscillator to start — common for MCUs that need tens of milliseconds to initialise their PLL and flash controller.
