The STM6322TWY6F is a single-voltage supervisor that asserts a reset when the monitored supply drops below 3.08 V. That threshold is the only parametric that varies across the STM6322 family — pick the wrong one and the reset either triggers too early on a healthy rail or misses a brownout that corrupts the core state. Reset timeout is a minimum of 140 ms — long enough for the downstream processor to complete its internal reset sequence before the supervisor releases the reset line. The open drain or push-pull output matches either a wired-OR reset bus or a dedicated pin; active-high and active-low outputs are both available on the same die, so the same part serves both polarities without an external inverter.
Housed in the SC-74A / SOT-753 case with a supplier device package of SOT-23-5. The 5-pin SOT-23 footprint is a standard supervisor layout — the pinout maps VDD, GND, RST, RST, and MR (manual reset) in the usual order.
