The 100-LQFP package (14x14 mm) exposes 84 general-purpose I/O, making it suitable for sensor-fusion nodes, battery-powered instrumentation, and industrial control panels that need moderate pin count and low active power.
Memory sizing — 192 KB Flash, 20 KB SRAM, 3 KB EEPROM
The 192 KB Flash is sized for mid-complexity firmware with a real-time OS, communication stacks, and application logic. The 20 KB SRAM supports moderate data buffers and stack depth. The 3 KB EEPROM, accessible byte-by-byte without external memory, stores calibration constants and configuration parameters that survive power cycles.
The on-chip ADC samples up to 16 external analog channels with 12-bit resolution, enough for multi-sensor input (temperature, pressure, current sense). The two 12-bit DACs provide analog output for control loops or waveform generation without an external DAC IC. For designs that need both analog sensing and actuation, this integration reduces component count and simplifies the analog front-end layout.
Connectivity and peripherals — I²C, SPI, USART, USB, LCD drive
