Ultra-low-power Cortex-M0+ with on-chip LCD and EEPROM
The STM32L083CZT6 provides 192 KB of Flash, 20 KB of SRAM, and 6 KB of hardware EEPROM.
192 KB Flash and 6 KB EEPROM — memory budget for code and calibration data
The 192 KB Flash (192K x 8) is sized for a full application stack — RTOS, USB stack, LCD driver, and sensor fusion algorithms — with room left for a small OTA staging buffer. The 6 KB EEPROM is a hardware EEPROM array, not a Flash-emulation trick, so you can write individual bytes without block-erase cycles. That matters for designs that store calibration constants, serial numbers, or configuration parameters that change infrequently over a 10-year product life.
No extended-temperature variant is needed for most industrial sensor nodes.
Active lifecycle — no supply risk for new production
STMicroelectronics lists the STM32L083CZT6 as Active.
