The STM32L073VZT6 is an ultra-low-power 32-bit MCU built around the ARM Cortex-M0+ core running at 32 MHz, part of ST's STM32L0 series. It packs 192 KB of Flash program memory, 20 KB of SRAM, and a useful 6 KB of true EEPROM — that last bit is rare in this class and saves an external serial EEPROM for calibration or configuration data. The 100-pin LQFP package brings out 84 I/Os, including support for a segment LCD controller and USB, making it a fit for metering, sensor hubs, and human-machine interface panels that need to run for years on a coin cell or two AA batteries.
Memory and peripheral fit for field-upgradable designs
The 6 KB EEPROM is a standout — it lets you store calibration constants, meter readings, or configuration profiles without wearing the Flash or adding a serial EEPROM footprint.
