32 MHz Cortex-M0+ with integrated EEPROM — what the memory mix means
The STM32L073V8T6 is an ultra-low-power 32-bit MCU from ST's STM32L0 series, built around an ARM Cortex-M0+ core clocked at 32 MHz.
Industrial temperature grade — outdoor and factory-floor ready
STMicroelectronics lists the STM32L073V8T6 as Active product status. The base product number STM32L073 covers multiple Flash and pin-count variants, so if a future revision needs more memory or I/O, you can move within the same family without a PCB spin.
Peripherals set — LCD drive, USB, and analog
On-chip peripherals include a segment LCD controller (driving up to 8x40 or 4x44 segments), a USB 2.0 full-speed device, two 12-bit DACs, and a 16-channel 12-bit ADC. The connectivity list covers I²C, SPI, USART with LIN and IrDA support, plus I²S for audio. Brown-out reset and a programmable watchdog are standard, so a low-cost external supervisor can often be omitted.
