It packs 192 KB of Flash program memory, 20 KB of SRAM, and 6 KB of true EEPROM — enough for firmware with OTA staging and non-volatile calibration data without an external serial EEPROM. The 64-LQFP package (10x10 mm) gives access to 51 I/O, plus integrated peripherals including a 12-bit ADC (16 channels), a 12-bit DAC (2 channels), an LCD segment driver, and USB, I²C, SPI, and UART connectivity.
Memory and peripheral fit for firmware OTA and data logging
The 192 KB Flash (192K x 8) is the primary code store; the 20 KB SRAM (20K x 8) supports moderate-sized buffers and a real-time OS. The 6 KB EEPROM (6K x 8) is a genuine on-chip EEPROM, not emulated Flash — no wear-leveling needed for frequent parameter writes. The integrated LCD driver (up to 8x40 segments) reduces BOM for metering and control panels.
