128 KB Flash and 6 KB EEPROM — firmware and data storage in one chip

Package and I/O — 64-LQFP with 51 usable pins
Of the 64 pins, 51 are general-purpose I/O, giving a high pin-to-package ratio. The remaining pins are power, ground, and a few dedicated functions (oscillator, reset, debug). The 16-channel 12-bit ADC is available on many of those I/O pins, so a multi-sensor node can read analog signals without external multiplexers.
