32 MHz Cortex-M0+ with 192 KB Flash — memory headroom for low-power designs
The STM32L071KZT6 is an STMicroelectronics ultra-low-power microcontroller built around the ARM Cortex-M0+ core running at 32 MHz. It carries 192 KB of Flash program memory, 20 KB of SRAM, and 6 KB of embedded EEPROM — enough on-chip storage to run a real-time control loop, log calibration data, and hold a bootloader without external memory.
The 10-channel 12-bit ADC handles analog sensor inputs — thermistors, current shunts, or potentiometers — without an external converter.
