32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ MCU for ultra-low-power edge designs
It runs at 32 MHz and packs 8 KB of Flash program memory, 2K x 8 of SRAM, and 512 x 8 of EEPROM — enough for sensor fusion, simple control loops, or a Bluetooth LE host controller in a compact 20-TSSOP footprint.

Housed in a 20-TSSOP (4.40 mm width), this MCU offers 16 I/O lines — enough for a handful of sensor inputs, a PWM output, and a UART or I²C bus for external communication. The connectivity set includes I²C, IrDA, SPI, and UART/USART, so it can talk to common peripherals without extra level shifters. The 9-channel 12-bit ADC brings analog sensing on-chip, saving an external ADC for slow signals like temperature or battery voltage.
