Active production, small-pin-count ultra-low-power MCU
It packs 16 KB of Flash program memory, 2 KB SRAM, and 512 bytes of embedded EEPROM in a 14-lead TSSOP package with 11 general-purpose I/Os.
The 16 KB Flash and 2 KB SRAM define the code and data ceiling for this part. That is enough for a single control loop, a sensor hub aggregating I²C or SPI data, or a simple state machine with a UART command interface. The 512-byte EEPROM provides non-volatile parameter storage without wearing the Flash, useful for calibration constants or configuration settings that change over the product life. Designs needing larger memory or more I/O should look up the STM32L0 family's higher-density options.
Supply range and power management
The 1.65V to 3.6V supply range covers both 1.8V and 3.3V rails without an external regulator, and the low end supports single-cell alkaline or Li-ion operation down to near-empty.
