280 MHz Cortex-M7 with 1.4 MB on-chip RAM
It carries 128 KB of Flash for boot code and 1.4 MB of RAM, which is unusually large for an MCU in this package class — enough to run a display framebuffer or a moderate DSP data buffer without external memory. The part includes 24x 16-bit ADCs and 3x 12-bit DACs, plus a full set of connectivity: CANbus, USB OTG, Ethernet-compatible EBI/EMI, multiple SPI/I²C/UART, and camera interface. The 128 I/O pins in the 201-UFBGA (10x10 mm) package give plenty of headroom for sensor arrays, display panels, and parallel buses.
ST lists the STM32H7B0IBK6Q as active in production. The 201-UFBGA package is a fine-pitch BGA (0.5 mm ball pitch typical for this footprint family). Board assembly requires a solder-paste stencil matched to the 10x10 mm body and proper reflow profile; MSL handling per ST's recommendations applies.
