The STM32H753XIH6 is a 32-bit single-core ARM Cortex-M7 microcontroller from the STM32H7 series, clocked at 480 MHz. With 2 MB of program flash and 1 MB of RAM on a single die, it handles signal-processing and control loops that would otherwise need external memory or a higher-core-count part.
Connectivity and peripheral set for system integration
The part includes Ethernet, dual CAN, USB OTG, SD/SDIO/MMC, QSPI, and multiple I²C, SPI, and UART interfaces — enough to serve as a gateway between a fieldbus network and a local HMI or data logger. The 168 general-purpose I/O lines, along with built-in DMA, PWM timers, and a 36-channel 16-bit ADC, cover most sensor-fusion and motor-control applications without external glue logic.
Package and rework considerations
Under a hot-air station, preheat the board to 120°C before reflowing the BGA — the large die and dense flash array soak heat, so a standard profile may leave cold joints on the inner rows. Pin 1 is marked by a chamfered corner and a silk dot; verify orientation before placement.
It fits factory-floor controllers, outdoor telecom gear, and engine-bay modules that see 85°C soak but not the full 125°C under-hood peak.
