480 MHz Cortex-M7 with 128 KB Flash — the design trade-off
The STM32H750IBK6: 128 KB of Flash for program storage, paired with 1 MB of RAM. That is enough RAM to run code out of (XIP from SRAM) or to buffer large data sets, but the small Flash means the firmware image must be lean or execute from external memory via the Quad-SPI or FMC interface.
The supply range spans 1.62 V to 3.6 V, allowing single 1.8 V or 3.3 V rail operation with the internal POR and brown-out detect handling the sequencing.
Data converters and analog front end
The device integrates 36 channels of 16-bit ADC and two 12-bit DAC channels, enough for multi-axis current sensing in a servo drive or for digitising several analog sensor inputs without an external ADC. The internal oscillator keeps the core running without a crystal, though an external clock source is available for precision timing.
