64 MHz Cortex-M0+ in a 4x4 mm footprint
The STM32G081GBU6 is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ MCU from the STM32G0 series, clocked at 64 MHz with 128 KB of Flash and 36 KB of SRAM. It packs a single-core processor, a 12-bit ADC (12 channels), a 2-channel 12-bit DAC, and a full set of serial interfaces (I²C, SPI, UART/USART, USB, IrDA, LINbus) plus HDMI-CEC into a 28-pin UFQFPN package measuring 4x4 mm. The internal oscillator saves an external crystal, and the brown-out detect, POR, and watchdog peripherals simplify power-supervision design. This part is aimed at space-constrained control applications — sensor nodes, motor-control feedback, and compact IoT endpoints — where the 64 MHz core handles moderate protocol processing and the 36 KB SRAM leaves room for data buffers.
The lifecycle stage is EOL hot, meaning the last-time-buy window is active.
