Memory and peripheral headroom for the design review
64 KB Flash and 18 KB RAM set the firmware and data buffer budget. For a typical sensor-fusion or motor-control loop, the 64 KB Flash holds a modest RTOS plus application code; the 18 KB RAM leaves room for a few hundred bytes of stack and a double-buffered ADC result array. The 12-bit SAR ADC samples at rates sufficient for single-phase current sensing or temperature monitoring, and the dual 12-bit DACs can drive analog set-points or reference voltages without an external converter.
