The STM32G031K8U6 is an STM32G0 series 32-bit MCU built around an ARM Cortex-M0+ core running at 64 MHz. The 64 MHz clock gives it a comfortable margin over the 32 MHz STM32L151CBU6A for code that needs tighter loop execution — think PID updates at 20 kHz or polling multiple UART channels at 115200 baud without dropping bytes.
ST lists this part as Active and current-production. No last-time-buy window has been announced, and the STM32G0 series is a mainstream portfolio line with long-term supply commitment.
Industrial temp grade and compact package
The 32-UFQFN package with exposed pad (5x5 mm footprint) saves board area and, with proper via stitching under the paddle, keeps the junction cool even at full 64 MHz throughput.
Peripherals and connectivity for mixed-signal control
On-chip peripherals include an 18-channel 12-bit SAR ADC, brown-out detect, DMA, I²S, PWM, and a full set of watchdog timers.
