It packs 1 MB of Flash and 384 KB of RAM, enough for complex display-driven applications and multitasking firmware stacks. The on-chip LCD controller and Ethernet MAC let it serve as a single-chip HMI or industrial gateway controller without external display or network interface ICs. The 384 KB RAM provides headroom for frame buffers or communication buffers in Ethernet and USB OTG applications.
Memory and peripheral fit for HMI and gateway designs
The LCD controller supports parallel RGB interfaces up to 24-bit, so a 4.3-inch or 7-inch TFT panel connects directly to the MCU pins without a separate display controller. The peripheral set includes CANbus, Ethernet, USB OTG, and multiple SPI and I²C interfaces, making it suitable for industrial gateways that aggregate sensor data over CAN or serial links and forward it over Ethernet or USB.
Housed in a 100-LQFP (14x14 mm) package, this MCU is hand-solderable and inspectable, unlike fine-pitch BGAs.
