Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the STM32F469VGT6 and the STM32F469VIT6?
The V-part carries 384K of SRAM versus 192K on the I-part — double the RAM, same Flash (1MB), same 100-LQFP package, same 180MHz clock. Choose the V-part when the application needs the extra headroom for buffers, display RAM, or logging; choose the I-part for cost-sensitive builds where 192K is sufficient.
What is the operating temperature range?
-40°C to 85°C (ambient). This covers most industrial automation and instrumentation applications but is not the 125°C automotive grade. If the end-equipment requires AEC-Q100 qualification or operation above 85°C ambient, this part will not meet that requirement without thermal margin verification.
