The STM32F469NIH7 is an STM32F4-series 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 single-core MCU clocked at 180 MHz, with 2 MB of program Flash and 384 KB of SRAM. That memory density supports a full-featured RTOS, a graphics frame buffer for the integrated LCD controller, and a TCP/IP stack alongside the application code — no external RAM needed for many designs.
Peripheral set and system integration
The connectivity list includes Ethernet MAC, two CAN interfaces, USB OTG FS/HS, and a parallel EBI/EMI bus for external memory or FPGA attachment. The LCD controller with its own DMA channel offloads pixel pushing from the core — useful for a 480×272 or similar TFT panel without a separate graphics accelerator.
Housed in a 216-ball TFBGA (13×13 mm), the part is surface-mount only.
For dual-sourcing, the STM32F469 line includes density and package variants, but a pin-compatible drop-in with identical memory and peripheral set is the same base product number — verify the exact suffix for your BOM.
