The STM32F429ZGT6: The 144-LQFP package (20x20 mm body) gives access to 114 general-purpose I/Os, so you can route a parallel LCD interface, an external bus, and a few serial peripherals without multiplexing conflicts.
Peripheral set — Ethernet, CAN, and the LCD controller
The integrated LCD controller drives a parallel RGB panel directly, saving a separate graphics controller IC and its associated BOM cost.
On-chip data converters and peripherals
Twenty-four 12-bit ADC channels and two 12-bit DAC channels are on board, enough for multi-sensor acquisition or analog output loops without external converters. DMA, PWM timers, and I²S for audio round out the peripheral set. The internal oscillator can serve as the system clock for cost-sensitive builds, though the PLL at 180 MHz will need the external crystal for tight timing on Ethernet or USB.
It is a current-production part in the STM32F4 series, qualified ROHS3 compliant.
