What this Cortex-M4 brings to the board
It's a single-core part in a 100-LQFP package with 81 I/Os, aimed at applications that need a DSP-capable core and a rich peripheral set without going to a larger package or higher pin count.
Memory and peripheral headroom
1 MB of Flash is enough for a full RTOS, TCP/IP stack, and application code without external memory. The 320 KB SRAM handles moderate data buffers and stacks; if your design needs more, the EBI/EMI interface on the connectivity list lets you add external SRAM or NOR Flash. The peripheral set includes CANbus, multiple SPI/I²C/UART, USB OTG, QSPI, and SAI — enough to talk to sensors, displays, and actuators on a single MCU.
We source this through independent distribution and quote firm pricing and availability against an RFQ — no stock or lead-time numbers here, but the supply channel is open and we can confirm current terms at quote time.
