168 MHz Cortex-M4 with DSP and FPU
It packs 1 MB of Flash and 192 KB of SRAM on-chip, with a full set of DSP instructions and a single-precision floating-point unit — enough headroom for real-time control loops, audio processing, or sensor fusion without an external coprocessor.
This part carries Ethernet MAC, two CAN interfaces, USB OTG (host/device), plus DCMI for camera input and EBI/EMI for external memory or parallel LCD — all on a single 144-LQFP package with 114 I/O. The brown-out detect, POR, and watchdog peripherals are built in, so you can skip external supervisor ICs on cost-sensitive boards. The 12-bit ADC array covers 24 channels and two 12-bit DACs are on board, so analog front-end integration is straightforward for motor-drive current sensing or audio output.
