Peripheral set includes CANbus, I2C, SPI, UART/USART, USB, I2S, and LINbus — enough to bridge fieldbus networks, talk to codecs, and handle human-machine interface panels. The 52 I/O lines in the 64-LQFP package give headroom for parallel displays or memory-mapped peripherals.
