The 64 KB Flash and 20 KB SRAM define the firmware and data space ceiling. For a typical motor-control or sensor-fusion application, that Flash holds the application code plus a small RTOS kernel; the SRAM covers stacks, buffers, and a modest data set. The 10-channel 12-bit ADC and the motor-control PWM timer are the hard peripherals that often drive the part choice — if your design needs simultaneous sampling on several analog inputs or a dedicated PWM generator for a BLDC drive, this MCU has those blocks on-chip without external adders.
