The STM32F100VCT6B is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller from STMicroelectronics, part of the STM32F1 Value Line family. It runs at 24 MHz and packs 256 KB of Flash program memory and 24 KB of SRAM — enough for mid-complexity control loops, sensor fusion, and HMI front-ends in industrial, appliance, and building-automation equipment. The 100-LQFP package (14x14 mm) brings out 80 I/O, with a 16-channel 12-bit ADC and two 12-bit DACs on-chip, so many mixed-signal designs can skip an external analog front-end.
Industrial temperature grade and peripheral set
Rated for -40 to 85 °C, this MCU is at home on a factory-floor PLC module, an outdoor telecom controller, or a motor-drive interface board. The peripheral set includes DMA, a power-on reset (POR), a programmable voltage detector (PVD), a watchdog timer, and a temperature sensor — all standard for unsupervised embedded operation. Connectivity covers I²C, SPI, UART/USART, IrDA, and LINbus, so it can talk to common field sensors, serial displays, and CAN-transceiver bridges.
