650 V N-channel in a full-pack TO-220 — field-fit for offline switchers

It comes in a TO-220FP full-pack package — the plastic-isolated tab means no extra insulating washer or pad when bolting to a heatsink, which saves assembly time and keeps the thermal path consistent. The 1.15 Ω maximum on-resistance at 2.5 A and 10 V gate drive puts it in the moderate-Rds(on) band, suited for flyback converters, auxiliary power supplies, and PFC stages where conduction loss is not the dominant term. Gate charge is only 9 nC at 10 V, so a simple gate-drive resistor and a low-side driver can switch it cleanly at medium frequencies without a lot of drive current.
