600 V, 11 A N-channel in a fully isolated tab

The STF13NM60N: The TO-220 Full Pack (TO-220FP) package gives you a fully isolated metal tab — no insulating pad or washer between the device and the heatsink. That simplifies assembly and improves thermal coupling to the chassis, but the package thermal limit is 25 W maximum dissipation, roughly half what a standard TO-220 with an isolated backside can handle.

Input capacitance Ciss is 790 pF at 50 V drain bias. That is a moderate number for a 600 V device; it keeps the driver loading low and helps maintain switching speed without excessive ringing on the gate trace.

Mounting and thermal interface

Through-hole TO-220FP — the three leads solder into a 0.100-inch pitch footprint on the PCB, while the fully isolated tab mounts directly to a heatsink with a screw through the mounting hole.
