It comes in the DPAK (TO-252-3) surface-mount package, a common footprint for mid-power offline converters, flyback supplies, and PFC stages.
Gate charge and capacitance — the switching budget
These numbers tell you the driver doesn't need to push much charge per cycle — a modest gate-drive IC or a transformer-coupled driver handles it cleanly in a 50–150 kHz hard-switched converter. The 700 mOhm Rds(on) means conduction losses dominate at lower frequencies; at higher switching speeds the 22 nC Qg keeps the gate-drive power manageable.
Thermal and mounting reality
Power dissipation is rated at 70 W case-limited, and the maximum junction temperature is 150°C. The DPAK's exposed tab carries the heat — the PCB copper area and via stitch under the tab determine how much current you can actually pull.
