60 V / 24 A automotive power switch in DPAK
It is qualified to AEC-Q101, which places it in the automotive-grade component class for under-hood and chassis-domain electronics.
40 mOhm on-resistance at 12 A, 10 V drive
Maximum on-resistance is 40 mOhm at a drain current of 12 A and a gate-source voltage of 10 V. Gate charge totals 13 nC at 5 V gate drive. This low Qg keeps switching losses modest in a 20–100 kHz PWM application and means a simple gate-driver IC or even a microcontroller GPIO with a totem-pole buffer can handle the switching without excessive power dissipation in the driver stage.
Junction temperature range and thermal budget
Input capacitance is 660 pF at 25 V drain-source bias.
Active production, automotive supply chain
For a BOM line in an automotive ECU or power distribution module, this removes the lifecycle risk that drives requalification costs.
