The M95256-DFDW6TP is a 256Kbit serial EEPROM with an SPI interface, organized as 32K x 8 bits. The 20 MHz clock rate delivers read throughput suitable for storing configuration parameters, calibration constants, and firmware look-up tables in embedded systems.
