128Kbit SPI EEPROM in 8-SOIC — package and integration
The M95128-WMN6TP is a 128Kbit serial EEPROM organized as 16K x 8 bits, accessed through an SPI bus running up to 20 MHz. The 5 ms write cycle time per word or page governs firmware-update throughput: a full 128-Kbit page write (16K x 8) takes about 320 ms at the page level. For a data logger writing 32 bytes every event, the EEPROM keeps up with 200 events/second before the write-cycle latency becomes the bottleneck.
Supply voltage, temperature grade, and compliance
The ROHS3 compliance means it ships without the six restricted substances plus four phthalates, clearing EU and UKCA import gates without an exemption declaration.
Sourcing posture and drop-in alternatives
The Tape & Reel (TR) and Cut Tape (CT) packaging options let you order reel quantities for production or cut tape for prototyping without a minimum-order surcharge.
