The STMicroelectronics M95080-WMN6TP is an 8Kbit serial EEPROM organized as 1K x 8 bits, accessed through an SPI bus running up to 20 MHz. It is a non-volatile memory device meant for storing configuration parameters, calibration constants, firmware lookup tables, or small data logs in embedded systems.
20 MHz SPI — bus timing margin for 3.3V and 5V domains
At 20 MHz the SPI clock period is 50 ns, which leaves comfortable setup-and-hold margin with most MCU SPI peripherals running at 10–15 ns edge rates. The write cycle time of 5 ms for a word or page write means the host can poll the status register or insert a short delay before the next operation. For designs that need to log data at moderate rates or update calibration tables on the fly, this part keeps the bus transaction overhead low.

The 2.5V minimum supply means it runs reliably from a 3.3V rail with margin, and the 5.5V maximum covers 5V systems including automotive battery-backed domains.
