64 Kbit I²C EEPROM for parameter storage
The 450 ns access time is adequate for I²C reads at speed; the part is intended for non-volatile storage of configuration data, calibration constants, and firmware parameters in industrial, telecom, and consumer equipment.
The 1.7 V minimum supply means it can run directly from a 1.8 V rail without a boost regulator, and the 5.5 V ceiling covers automotive battery-rail transients within the 85°C limit. The write cycle time is 5 ms for a word or page write.
Housed in an 8-UFDFN with an exposed pad (supplier package 8-UFDFPN, 2x3 mm), this is a surface-mount package designed for space-constrained PCBs.
The part is ROHS3 compliant. For BOM planning, the wide supply range and industrial temperature grade make it a drop-in for the M24C64 family across multiple package variants.
