The STMicroelectronics M24C32-DRMN3TP/K is a 32 Kbit serial EEPROM organized as 4K x 8 bits, accessed via an I2C interface running at up to 1 MHz. The 450 ns access time and 4 ms write cycle per word/page keep bus transactions predictable for calibration storage, fault-logging, and configuration parameters in engine control units, transmission controllers, and ADAS modules.
