Automotive-grade 32 Kbit I²C EEPROM in 8-TSSOP
The STMicroelectronics M24C32-DRDW8TP/K is a 32 Kbit serial EEPROM with an I²C interface, organized as 4K x 8 bits.
Write cycle and endurance considerations
Page and word write cycles complete in 4 ms typical. For automotive OTA or calibration-update routines, the 4 ms write time sets the minimum latency for each parameter update. The 32 Kbit density (4K x 8) is sized for configuration tables, VIN decryption keys, or fault-log storage — not large firmware images.
Supplied in an 8-TSSOP package (4.40 mm width) with surface-mount termination. The small footprint fits dense automotive PCBs.
The AEC-Q100 qualification is current, so this part is qualified for new automotive designs without a PPAP risk flag.
