32 Kbit I²C EEPROM in a 2×3 mm package
The STMicroelectronics M24C32-DFMC6TG is a 32Kbit serial EEPROM organized as 4K x 8 bits, accessed through an I²C interface. It runs at a 1 MHz clock frequency with a 450 ns access time, and operates from a 1.7V to 5.5V supply rail.
The wide supply range (1.7V to 5.5V) means this EEPROM can sit on a 1.8V logic rail or a 5V bus without a level translator. For a mixed-voltage design — say a 1.8V MCU talking to a 5V sensor — the M24C32-DFMC6TG bridges the gap cleanly. The I²C interface handles the voltage translation as long as the pull-up resistors reference the bus master's supply.
