16 Kbit I²C EEPROM in a 4-bump WLCSP

If your design lives under the hood or in an engine bay, the AEC-Q100 graded siblings (M24C16-DRMN8TP/K or M24C16-DRMF3TG/K) extend to 105°C or 125°C respectively, though they come in SOIC-8 or DFN packages, not the WLCSP.
The 4-WLCSP is tiny — four bumps, no leads to inspect. Good stencil design and a pre-bake (MSL level not stated, but assume MSL 1 or 2 for WLCSP) are critical. If you need to rework it, hot air at 260°C peak with a fine nozzle, and be ready to tack it back with flux only — the pad is the bump.
