4Kbit I²C EEPROM for calibration and ID storage
The M24C04-WMN6TP is a 4Kbit serial EEPROM organized as 512 x 8 bits, communicating over the I²C bus at up to 400 kHz. It stores configuration data, calibration constants, or device serial numbers that must survive power cycles. Supply voltage spans 2.5V to 5.5V, covering 3.3V and 5V logic rails common in industrial and embedded designs. The 900 ns access time and 5 ms page write cycle fit microcontroller polling routines without timing margin issues.
NRND — plan last-time buy or alternate part
It remains available for existing BOMs, but new designs should evaluate a current-production EEPROM from the M24Cxx family or a pin-compatible 4Kbit I²C device. Sourcing is confirmed per RFQ — no stock-holding claim.
Industrial temperature grade and 8-SOIC footprint
The 8-SOIC narrow-body package (3.90 mm width) is a standard footprint compatible with most pick-and-place lines.
