The LSM6DSOXTR is a 6-axis inertial measurement unit combining a 3D accelerometer and a 3D gyroscope in a single 14-VFLGA package measuring 2.5x3 mm. Digital communication is handled through a selectable I²C or SPI interface, giving the host MCU flexibility in bus topology and speed.
Both parts share the same 14-VFLGA package, pin-compatible footprint, and I²C/SPI interface. The LSM6DSOXTR adds an embedded finite state machine and machine-learning core not present in the LSM6DSOTR, but the electrical interface and mechanical outline are identical — no board spin required.
