Dual op-amp for high-temp signal conditioning
It delivers a 1.1 MHz gain bandwidth product and a 0.6 V/µs slew rate, making it suitable for sensor signal buffering, active filtering, and control-loop conditioning in systems where the junction temperature reaches 150°C.
Each channel sources or sinks 40 mA, enough to drive an ADC input, a comparator, or a small relay coil through a transistor buffer. Input bias current is 20 nA typical, and input offset voltage is 2 mV — adequate for DC-accurate sensing in motor drives, battery monitors, and pressure-transducer interfaces.
