The STMicroelectronics LDFMPVR is a single-output adjustable positive LDO regulator rated for 500 mA continuous output. Input voltage goes up to 16 V, and the output can be set anywhere from 0.8 V to 12 V using an external resistor divider.
Built-in over-current, over-temperature, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) protect the regulator and the downstream load. UVLO holds the output off until the input rail is above the threshold, preventing brownout operation. Power Good gives an open-drain flag when the output is within regulation — useful for reset generation or rail monitoring in multi-voltage designs.
