Protection and control
Enable and Power Good pins give you sequencing control — pull Enable low to shut the output off, and Power Good flags when the output is within regulation. Protection covers over-current, over-temperature, and short-circuit. No under-voltage lockout, so if the input ramps slowly the output may track it until Enable is asserted. That matters if you're sequencing multiple rails.
No last-time-buy or obsolescence notice on record. No official second-source alternate is listed, but the LD39020DTPU33R (200mA, 3.3V fixed) is a functional peer if you need a lower-current sibling with similar PSRR.
