Package and footprint for the board
The LD39015M33R comes in a SOT-23-5 package (SC-74A, SOT-753), surface-mount, with a 150 mA fixed 3.3 V output. It occupies a standard five-pin SOT-23 footprint — no special pad geometry needed beyond the datasheet land pattern. The Enable pin lets you gate the output on or off without an external pass transistor. Over-current and over-temperature protection are built in — the regulator shuts down before the die hits thermal runaway.
PSRR and what it means for your rail
PSRR is 65 dB at 1 kHz, dropping to 62 dB at 10 kHz. That means the regulator attenuates 1 kHz ripple on the input by a factor of ~1800 — a 100 mV p-p switching ripple becomes about 55 µV at the output. At 10 kHz the attenuation drops to ~1250×, still enough for most analog front-ends fed from a buck converter. The dropout voltage is 0.1 V maximum at 100 mA load — headroom of 200 mV between input and 3.3 V output keeps regulation across the full load range. Quiescent current is 50 µA typical, with a maximum supply current of 70 µA, making it viable for battery-powered gear that sleeps between active windows.
Active production and sourcing posture
STMicroelectronics lists the LD39015M33R as Active. RoHS3 compliant — no exemptions beyond the standard lead-free solder finish. Sourced to order against your BOM quantity.
