The LD1117DT33TR is a fixed 3.3 V positive LDO from STMicroelectronics rated for 800 mA continuous output. Dropout is specified at 1.2 V maximum at 800 mA, so the input must stay above 4.5 V to hold regulation at full load. Quiescent current is 10 mA typical, which is moderate for this output class — budget it in the system standby current.
