CFL/TL controller with integrated dimming
The L6574D013TR is a CFL/TL (compact fluorescent / tubular lamp) controller from STMicroelectronics, designed for driving half-bridge resonant inverters in electronic ballast applications. It integrates a 60 kHz to 120 kHz oscillator, a voltage-controlled dimming input, and a bootstrap driver for the high-side gate.
