The TDE1747FPT is a similar high-side driver from ST, but it uses a bipolar output, has a lower load voltage (10 V), and operates over a -25°C to 85°C ambient range. The L6377D013TR offers a wider load voltage range (8 V to 35 V), higher junction temperature (125°C), and fixed current limiting — not adjustable. They are not pin-compatible; verify the application before substituting.
