The IPS1025HFTR is a single-channel high-side N-channel switch from STMicroelectronics, built for general-purpose on/off control of resistive, inductive, or capacitive loads on supply rails from 8.65 V to 60 V. Its 12 mOhm typical Rds(on) keeps conduction losses low enough that a 10 A continuous load stays within the thermal budget of the PowerSSO-24 package when the exposed pad is properly soldered to a copper plane. The input is non-inverting and the output is an N-channel FET with a 1:1 ratio — a logic-high on the On/Off interface turns the load on.
